Hi I am Melissa. I watched the show as a teenager in the 70ies when
it first came on the air. I was hooked the first time I saw it. I even had to have my hair cut like the girls at the Moonbase. Had to!!! I thought they were cool looking girls there. I really liked the show alot. I do miss it. hope it comes back on sci-fi channel soon. I had this mad crush on Ed Straker. I thought he was the most best lookin man ever created. Loved his car too. More on me: I am a security guard, and am married to a wonderful man. He was a Vietnam War Vetern serving in the US Army in the Special Forces. He was an RTO man. Well I need to go do some things....so have fun here and look out for them UFOs.... |
Nice to have you here, and welcome.

Hi Melissa,
welcome to the gang. Have you watched all the eps before or did you only get to see some? What was your fav ep? And memorable scene after 30 years?? > even had to have my hair cut like the girls at the Moonbase. Hmm, between Pam, you and some others there's almost enuf groovy haircuts around to start a real Moonbase. You *did* keep it that way all these years right? > More on me: I am a security guard, and am married to a wonderful man. > He was a Vietnam War Vetern serving in the US Army in the Special > Forces. Ohoh, Steve's also military, "Ex-SEAL team" and then there's Marc and that front that he works for- makes it look like a launch platform base but we all know what he's *really* involved in. Yupp, cover for SHADO anti-UFO launches. So now we see just how much military and boy scouts there is on the list we'll have to prevent the modern DALOTEK people working out that the list is really a cover for genuine SHADO ops. Actually we're just finishing discussing "Ordeal" so if you have any views on it other than about Foster's hairy chest than do speak. I think the story is a bit bland but all the equipment and people interaction scenes make it prett good. Just enough suspense to keep me wide awake <g>.
