New U.F.O. frame captures

I'm resuming work on frame captures after a long hiatus (due mainly
to my taking on some extra work in Real Life for several months,
along with a few other complications.)

The episode "The Responsibility Seat" has been added to the U.F.O.
frame capture library. There are 190 images in the collection for this episode.

The episode "Sub-Smash" has been recaptured from DVD for improved
image quality and expanded, with 49 new images added.

The episode "The Sound of Silence" has been recaptured from DVD for
improved image quality.
