The German text in the picture means:-

A spaceship has landed. A being, which looks like a correct Bub, gets
out of it. He comes from planet Stoikal, whose inhabitants have
abilities such as thought transmission. "Kadoing" proves to be very

This image is shows a UFO series alien spacesuit re-used. The German
text shown on the image means:-

Probably not as it wasn't a BBC production but a Childrens Film
Foundation one.

I wouldn't swear to this but I believe the SHADO spacesuits were
used in the BBC shows The Goodies - Invasion Of The Moon Monsters
and Doomwatch - Re-entry Forbidden as I have a recollection of
seeing photos of them. However I wouldn't hold any hope of the BBC
having these as they probably rented them and also the BBC auctioned
off a lot of costumes and props during the 80/90's. I suppose it may
be possible that they exist in a film costumiers store?

Sadly I can't remember much of "Kadoyng", but I found this on the net:

KADOYNG - A new motorway is due to be driven through the sleepy
village of Byway, and Professor Balfour and his three children,
Billy, Lucy and Barney rally the villagers in opposition. It seems
that nothing can save Byway from destruction until a spacecraft
arrives from the Planet Stoikal, containing a humanoid named Reject
842 with a small antenna, through which he can influence people's
thoughts and transport objects. The children call him KADOYNG, and
take him to a meeting about the motorway. KADOYNG uses his antenna to
disrupt the meeting, and tells the Balfour family that he can stop
the motorway from coming through the village. Unfortunately, he makes
a mistake in the formula being used with near disastrous results
