New guy

Hello.

Wow. Until today I never knew this show existed. I stumbled across it at Netflix and
then proceeded to waste about the next three hours a work learning all I can about the
show.

I've been working on developing a RPG for an old computer game, X-COM, and I'm
just dumbstruck by the similarities between the game and UFO. The game I'm working
on will be a long drawn out process, but looking forward to drawing additional
inspiration and learning more about UFO.

Hello and Welcome, Clay! The folks here are just the
best, I know you'll find, just as I have done. One
prevalent theme that pops up now and then is that we
wish we had all known each other when we were
kids...just think what fun we all would have had! But
close on the heels of that is the secondary notion
that we're all glad that we at least could find each
other *now*, to still be able to share what we enjoyed
(and still do) about UFO and all things SHADO.

Excellent!! I too have a special place for things that
fall neatly between science fiction and espionage
intrigue...or what might be termed "SpyFi". :-)
