Here's how to download and save;
1. Open a second browser with this URL/address: http://keepvid.com/
2. Copy the URL of the video that you want.
3. Paste it here in the area that indicates the video that you want to keep.
4. Click on the "download" button
5. After a few seconds two links will appear in a "Download" box.
6. Click on the Download link and it should promtp you to "save as"
7. Rename the get_file to whatever you'd like, but remember to add the .flv
extension to the end.

To play, Download Riva's free flv payer.
