I still have some more stuff to add to this, but I had to
stop work on this back in February when I came down with the
never-ending sinus infection, which *still* hasn't gone away
completely, plus now I've also got Candida from the months of
anti-biotics... :-( But at least I'm healthy enough to work on
the website a little. I don't think I'll ever dig myself out
of the backlog of contributions, however!

I wish! More like a body-wide fungal infection! Caused by too many
antibiotics in my case, but can also be caused by too much sugar, and
in women too many birth-control pills. It causes a wide variety of
chronic health problems, in my case chronic sinus problems, but in
others it can be chronic fatigue, digestion problems, allergies, etc.
And the worst part is that many doctors deny that it even exists!

Hmmm, I take Prednisolone (I take it this is the same steroid stuff you
are on, Yuchtar) and I do not get thrush with it. Mind you, I take less
that you do, 5 mg, which is only a physiological dose.

And taking lots of C vitamins helps, too... In my case, that is, but yours
