Hey dudes! I seem to recall an episode of the series in which a
moon-mobile-type thingy DID in fact launch missles at incoming UFOs - can't
tell you which one at present, but these missles were utilized in
conjunction with the Interceptors. Pam


"A missile sent from the Moon would have further to fly and it
would be easier for the UFO to dodge it.

Hi Pam,

There are a couple of eps (or at least one) where an unmanned mobile
missile launcher is used on the lunar surface.
