San Diego Comic Con

Mark Davies-3
Thanks for the photos and the report Marc.

After 34 years you can still appreciate the essential Antonia Ellis we all know from UFO.She also looked to be having a great time.

Did she mention, having seen, spoken to,or staying in touch with any other actors etc from UFO?

The only person she mentioned was Ed Bishop. She said that when UFO
started broadcasting again in the late 1990's, royalties cheques were due
to the actors, and Ed found Antonia so she could claim her cheque.

She didn't even know that Sylvia and Gerry had broken up!

To which her reply was, 'Oh, that's too bad. They were so very
nice.' The past tense refers to her first meeting with them to get
the part in UFO. Her meeting with them left such a wonderful
impression with her. However, they didn't come to the set during
filming, so she didn't get to be with them on a regular basis.

Thats nice to hear. Actually it's ten years already since Bravo started
showing UFO again, at least in the UK - time has wings! But we're the
ones who have to fly.

Thanks a lot for putting up the pics Marc. I enjoyed flicking through them.
