There may be hope yet...

AutoWeek (7/17/00) reported that Speed Racer's Mach 5 will be going
into production as a kit car (avoids government red-tape with
emissions and safety) for $61,000. Apparently this was after someone
paid $150,000 for the first car on EBay. Go figure.

Now if TC ever builds the Straker car, EBay might be just the place
to get Harrington-Straker Automotive off to a start.
