I am a new member and have question how did the alien take in nutrition if they were breathing a liquid was it ever ask in any of the epsodes?

EXCELLENT question - I do not remember that ever being answered. I was justwatching the series, and finished Confetti Check - A-OK. None of the priorepisodes answered that one.

Sadly the nature of the aliens changed several times, before the show ended. By the end, they seemed to be energy creatures that "possessed" physicalbodies.

Early in the first season, you may recall, some of the aliens had HUMAN
organs transplanted within themselves.

Did they just patchwork them?

The Aliens breathed liquid while in space, they had the same organs as humans, but were able to breath liquid. Who is to say that the same liquid didnt carry nutrients to keep them alive? or even have a IV inserted into their arms?
