UFO Book query

Could somebody tell me if UFO The Official Guide by Chris Bentley
is the same book as The Complete Book of Gerry Anderson's UFO ?
The first of the titles is shown on the Amazon UK website, but
no mention of the second title there.
I have seen both titles mentioned with The Complete Book of UFO
or similar title on the Reynolds and Hearn website, but when I
clicked the title it came up with an error screen. Also I have
seen the apparent cover of this book on one occasion, with a
photo montage of SHADO hardware and Ed Bishop staring into space,
but despite further Google searches have been unable to find it
again. Also it is mentioned as being published on 30th October
(I think). Does this mean released for sale on that date?
I used to work in the printing industry and always took the word
published as being printed, but not necessarily for sale on the
published date. Thanks.

Well, I don't know if both titles mean the same book - confusing if
it is - but as I understand it, the book is supposed to come out on
the date you mention, or thereabouts. Check out the Fanderson site,
as that's where I've seen the cover shot you mention.

Well, Chris has only written one book which is due to be published
in October of this year, so I'd say that these are the same books. :-)
I've ordered that title from Amazon.uk, and fully expect to receive
"The Complete Book of Gerry Anderson's UFO"

Hi, I have been trying for the last 7 days to pre-order Complete Book of
UFO by Chris Bentley from Amazon USA with out luck. They have it listed as a
pre order. Try Amazon UK but keep getting bumped. Could they be not
interested in book. Elaine

Hmmmm... I pre-ordered mine at Amazon.uk without any problem
whatsover...
