UFO Set 2- disk 1- freezing up the PC DVD player

I just UFO set 2 for DDD yesterday and I tried to view the first two
episodes. However, playing the DVD on my PC, the first 2 episodes
seem to freeze up just before the end, about 1 – 2 minutes left.
(what a bummer) I thought there's a problem with my PC but if you
fast forward, it freezes there as well. I noticed that other folks
are complaining about frames freezing for about ½ a second, but this
seems to be permanent. I get a not responding error in the task
manager for the DVD player.

Does any one else have this problem? I think it's a bad DVD disk.

I think I had the same problem -- I just did the standard DVD
cleaning with some water and a tissue, and the problem went
away.

Great! Usually you have to be careful to keep a DVD clean.
In this case, I think the UFO DVD's might have shipped dirty
to start with!
