Thanks for the link.
Sorry folks, but the review was a *tad* too sugary. It was so sugary I had to brush my teeth after reading it, less I get cavities. :) I disagree with this line vigourously: "Heavily influenced by 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY, the expansive sets and hardware illustrate a massive effort to create a viable and believable future while still maintaining a definitive "science fiction" feel." Where was it influenced by 2001? Where are the expansive sets? Don't mean to be negative, but the show never struck me that deeply. My loss, I know. :) Anthony ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marc Martin" <[hidden email]> To: "SHADO Discussion Group" <[hidden email]> Sent: Sunday, August 11, 2002 7:03 PM Subject: [SHADO] UFO reviewed on Poop Shoot > Hi all, > > Anthony Taylor alerted me to a review of UFO on "Poop Shoot" by Robert > Burnette, writer/director of the Trek Parody FREE ENTERPRISE: > > http://www.moviepoopshoot.com/retinalfetish/5.html > > Thanks Anthony! > > Marc |

I thoroughly enjoyed it! What a funny man! And very knowledgeable about sci-fi. I've been wanting to see "Free Enterprise", but am leery of modern "comedy" movies. But after reading his review, I simply must see the movie! Thanks again. You may not think its as funny as I do since the humor is mostly male-centric, but you will definitely recognize people, places and things throughout Free Enterprise. AT |

Anthony, How do you define male-centric? Now you've got me worried. Denise-
The movie is about a group of male friends who are fans, and centers on two in particular. It isn't vulgar; don't worry, and the Shatner hilarity factor alone makes it a must see. Okay, this is off topic, I know, but yes, Denise - if you like Shatner,
this is hilarious - LOL! -- Y [hidden email] wrote: > > Denise- > The movie is about a group of male friends who are fans, and centers on > two in particular.
