James,
Aren't the addresses of these places on the Fanderson site? If so, maybe
you can visit there soon and capture it all on film for us. And have us
eternally in your debt, too! *grin*

Hey, am I the first in the USA to receive the new Carlton DVD box 2?
At least this time I got the postcards that came with them! :-)

Yup, when I sent my message regarding the UFO outside locations several weeks ago, someone posted a link to the Fanderson site that had the relevant info. The Fanderson list didn't seem to be comprehensive, but it had several locations.

How did you know the HS building is outside London? What is it being used for these days? Or for that matter, who was in that building (besides SHADO personnel!) when the series was being filmed?

Cheers,

David

I've not got to all the messages yet, but I'm sure someone will answer this
and has already done so. The HS building was the ATV administration
building, ATV being the ITV station that Lew Grade owned and his ITC
provided programmes for.

The building is not part of the BBC Elstree complex, and is currently seen
on screen (in Britain) as the hospital in Holby City.
