WAS AYSHEA'S NAME EVER REFFERED TO?

Was Ayshea ever referred to by name in the series? I know she wore a medallion with the letter "A" on it but I don't ever recall hearing her name used.

I believe she was scripted as Lieutenant Ayshea Johnson in "The Sound of Silence" ...

Straker called her "Lt. Johnson" in THE SOUND OF SILENCE, if that counts...
