new here

Sindy Kermer
Hi folks

I'm a new member of this group and want to introduce me:
My name is Sindy, I'm 21 years old and live in Germany. Since I was 12 I'm a big science fiction fan, but just 3 years ago a saw UFO first time. 'Tillyesterday it was sent in the german free-tv. Last 'Fasching' (the german Halloween, celebrated in february) I tried to look like a "moonbase-girl".
I also watch Babylon 5, Star Trek, Earth - Final Conflict, Stargate, Farscape, Space 1999 and so on.
And now a question: Is there anybody from the UK in this group, who could copy some episodes of UFO for me (my VCR don't accept the american system). In Germany were some episodes never sent.

looking forward for answer

greetings from the far side of the galaxy
Sindy

Who hasn't tried to look like a Moonbase girl? :-)

Who's your favourite Farscape character? I adore Rygel! :-)

Hi Sindy! <waving> My name is Christian.
I am 38 years old (hey, but I feel like 28! 8-) and live in Austria.
That means wir könnten eigentlich in Deutsch quasseln, aber dann
versteht uns wieder keiner, also back into the english mode :-)

Oh God, I was 10 years old when I saw my first UFO ep - but that
was 28 years ago! :-

Yeah, and "tm3" was the first channel who changed the order of the
episodes so far... (see my message # 582 from Aug. 9th, were I
mentioned the shortened episodes too)

(Okay, I'm a little bit late with my answer but I had no access to
my Compy the last two weeks - I am sorry.)

If it doesn't bother you that I am NOT from the UK ;-) it would be
a pleasure for me to help you out in this case. I am in the lucky
situation to own all 17 german dubbed episodes as well as all the
original 26 eps. If you are interested please contact me privately
under [hidden email] (keine Einwände, wenn du in Deutsch
schreibst - üüüüüüberhaupt keine ;-)

Nur jemand von Belgien vielleicht?

And BTW, bienvenuto Sue. Most will understand that word... lots more
Italians here than Germans, I wonder if we could do a head count and find
out just how many languages we speak between us? Or is that off-topic, Marc?
