Brosnan had the look - he fit Flemming's book description to a tee. He
had the charm of Moore and the ruthlessness of Connery. Lazenby was pretty good, really, but some of the 'jokes' in the script fell flat - not his fault. I've liked something about them all. As for Craig's portrayal being the most accurate, that's because the scripts have been more accurate. Y Jonathan Andrew Sheen wrote: > Hi, All, > > If we're talking Bond here, it's this simple: > > While his coloring's all wrong for the part, nobody has ever played Ian Fleming's character more closely than Daniel Craig. (Second best was Timothy Dalton. Worst -- not counting the joke versions in the original "Casino Royale" spoof movie of the '60s, or Barry Nelson as American agent "Card Sense Jimmy Bond" in a 1950s episode of "Climax" -- was Roger Moore. Closely grouped above Moore come the unjustly maligned George Lazenby, Pierce Brosnan and Sean Connery.) > -- =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Yuchtar zantai-Klaan | [hidden email] I am not a number! Cant be. After the failure of OHMSS, they had Connery back in Diamonds are Forever after that. So he didn’t make Never say never, and then a couple of years later make Diamonds are Forever.

Yes, in case people didn’t know, Never say never was a remake of Thunderbolt. Cubby Broccoli didn’t have the rights to the book, so another film company made the movie based on the book. Barbara Carrera played the bad bond girl.

Most have trouble getting the third movie because it was a TV movie and it was a spy show reunion movie...
The movies and actors are... Roger Moore – Octopussy (He should have quite after this one) Sean Connery – Never Say Never Again (Remake of Thunderball) George Lazenby – The Return of the Man From U.N.C.L.E. – CBS Movie of the week, He played a spy named JB driving an Aston Martin who saved Napoleon Solo’s tush during a car chase in Las Vegas. The girl in Solo’s car mentions that it reminded her of, “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” and Lazenby has a line where he says, “Always happy to help a colleague” Marc (The Other One) From: Bruce Sherman Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2011 10:42 PM To: [hidden email] Subject: Re: [SHADO] Re: The Saint Bond Trivia Question yep http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Bond_007_(1983_game) Surprised...
