real pressure suits looking like UFO series alien spacesuits?

Yesterday I improved by CGI (Poser 4) UFO-alien model . It is on
http://www.buckrogers.demon.co.uk/3d/alienga.zip , I announced this on my
Yahoo group FAB-CGI (about computer generated imaging of Gerry Anderson
matter) and on http://www.renderosity.com . A Renderosity member called Fox-
Mulder answered there:-

How similar in styling were that and other real pressure suits to UFO alien
spacesuits (ignoring the backpack and the liquid)?

Not very, the Alien suits were a kind of simple, loose material
design, whereas the pressure suits used by pilots are/were quite
tight and made of thick material. Designed, if I remember
correctly, to prevent the pilot from blacking out from blood
loss to the brain under high g-forces rather than to maintain a
pressurised-atmosphere-within-a-suit type-scenario.

There are 2 sorts of pilot's pressure suits or G-suits: the ordinary sort
leaving the hands exposed and gaps between the hood and the oxygen mask etc;
and the sort that is like a fully enclosing spacesuit with a sealed helmet.
